Business Office Staff
Dianna - Office Manager
Dianna has been on staff since right after she and Larry married in 1994. Before marrying Dr. Payne, Dianna attended Western Kentucky University, was a veterinarian technician, and owned a Pet Store at Glenbrook Mall. When she isn't in the front office, you can find her in the furnace room (nicknamed that because she keeps it so warm). She does the billing, handles insurance problems, and all general catchall work that needs to be done. In her spare time, she loves to study the Bible, hike, kayak, and spend time with her family and pets.
Brittany - Business Administrative Assistant
Brittany has been at the "Office of Payne" since July 2019. She graduated from Ross Medical Education Center in 2012 with a certificate in Dental Assisting; however, she found her true calling working at the front desk. She loves to answer questions about your dental heath and insurance. In her spare time, Brittany enjoys taking adventures with her husband while her two kids are in collge and achieving their goals. One of her favorite quotes is from Marilyn Monroe, "Imperfection is beauty, madness is genius, and it's better to be absolutely ridiculous than absolutely boring". She is thankful to be part of the Payne Crew and looks forward to meeting you all in the office.
Kloudi - Dental Assistant EFDA and Business Administrative Assistant
Kloudi graduated from IPFW in 2002 with her Certificate in Dental Assisting. Kloudi started working with our team in April of 2007 as a dental assistant but in 2016 she started working in our front office as a receptionist. She has been happily married to her husband for over twenty years, and they have three amazing children, two boys, and one girl. She also has a stepson along with a grandson. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, music, photography, and nature. Her favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:13 which says, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me". Kloudi loves working here because she likes helping patients make the best decisions for their dental health.
Shelby - Front Office Assistant and Social Media Coordinator
Shelby is the youngest daughter of Doctor and Dianna. She has had the honor of working at the office since she was fifteen. Recently, she graduated from Cedarville University with a degree in Business Management. She loves working at the office because of the community within the staff and the ability to help patients. She also loves managing the office's social media pages from her apartment in South Carolina. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends, playing ultimate frisbee, and riding horses.
Tiya - Dental Assistant EFDA
Tiya graduated from IPFW in 2010 and has worked in dentistry since then. She got married in 2012 and has three beautiful children. In her free time, she loves to go boating, biking, or hiking. She also enjoys attending concerts with friends and traveling. She says that she hasn't been everywhere - but it's on her list. Her favorite quote is "I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're going and hook up with them later." - Mitch Hedberg. Tiya enjoys dentistry because every day is different, you never know what the day will bring.
Bethany - Dental Assistant EFDA
Bethany graduated from Ross Medical and has been working as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant. She joined the Payne team in February 2020 and has enjoyed every minute of work since. She enjoys dentistry because she loves helping people and comforting people. She also enjoys the cosmetic aspect of dentistry, as it blends with her love of art. When not working she is spending time with her young children, eating snacks, singing songs, and playing outside.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and playing sports. One of the reasons, she loves dentistry is the continual learning through educational courses that it provides and the ability to learn about new products. She also enjoys dentistry because she learns so much from our patients - she loves her patients! She says, "They all have something to offer, something to teach me! I enjoy helping educate patients and see how their mouths can be transformed into a healthy happy mouth."
Terrilynn - Dental Hygienist RDH
Terri graduated in 2006 with dual majors in Dental Hygiene and General Studies from Indiana University. She began working for our team in January 2017 after a term of self-contracting her services to help other hygienists take time off to care for themselves and their families. She enjoys time with her husband, chihuahuas, adult daughters, and growing family. Their free time is spent enjoying Colt's football, theater productions, grandparenting time, and traveling. When alone, she reads and caters to her artistic nature by creating things discovered on Pinterest. She is inspired by stories of people overcoming hardships and she strives to make every patient's day a bit brighter with a smile. She believes that dentistry is much easier on those with anxiety through gentle, compassionate care.
